The company was established in the year 1969 as a proprietorship firm by Sri Devi Dayal Gupta, a renowned Contractor and was carrying out various civil works for fertilizer plant, power plant, cement plant etc. Subsequently, it was converted to a partnership firm and was carrying out all type of Civil Works as mentioned above including mass excavation, leveling and grading works and Irrigation Canals, During April 2000 this company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company with its Registered office at Obra, Dist-Sonebadra, Uttar Pradesh.
